Inauguration Day in Poetry and History: Jan 20

You are all invited to an exciting event commemorating Barack Obama’s inauguration on Tuesday, January 20 from noon to 1:30 in the McLoughlin Auditorium. The inaugural address will be shown via video feeds from Washington D.C.; Dean Darris and Jackie Flowers from CCC’s Social Sciences department will give talks on the socio-historic importance of the inauguration; and English department faculty Kate Gray will host an open mic poetry reading.
