Do you like to write? Enter your poem, fiction, non-fiction or screenplay in the 2009 Writers Club contest! Contest entries will be collected March 20th 2009.
Submit all entries on a CD or floppy disk, along with a hard copy, to the Writers Club, Teacher: Tobias Peterson, RR 228. (Contact info. ext 2113, tobiasp@clackamas.edu)
The CD or floppy must have the student ID number written on it, as well as the title(s) and category of the entry.
Participants should identify their hard copy by placing their student ID number on each page. Please one-and-a-half space all fiction and nonfiction (12 pages maximum; 3000 word limit). Include a cover page listing of the entrant’s name, student ID number, phone number, and address, category of entry (poetry, fiction, screenplay or creative non-fiction) and title of the submitted piece.
Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in each category as well as publication in the Writers Club book.
